Rapps advocates for the needs of at risk youth and their families. RGH will promote rehabilitation and personal growth through qualilty academic services, vocational training, and therapeutic treatment according to individual needs. Preventative healthcare and recreational services play an integral role in the establishing realistic rehabilitation goals. RGH views the child and family holistically, we target the individual as a whole. Services are intended to meet  the educational, health, psychological, residential, social, spirtual and vocational needs of our youth.
